• Download, complete and sign the self-assessment form.
• Download and complete one copy of the Master Services Agreement and Program Amendments for each program for which you would like to apply.
• All agreements must have original signatures from an authorized officer of your organization.
• Print out a hard copy of your privacy policy.
• Generate and print an invoice from our invoice generator. Should you elect to sign up for two-year membership, simply double the amount calculated by the invoice generator and check the appropriate box on the license agreement.
• Include a check for the invoice amount generated above.
• All of the forms mentioned above can be downloaded on the TRUSTe forms page.
