Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager of Demand Generation will own all demand generation activity to drive revenue, specifically:
- Conceptualize and manage a diverse range of marketing programs, such as webinars, events, tradeshows, email campaigns, website offers, and more. This includes initial program conceptualization, execution of the creative process, database strategy, program execution, and success measurement.
- Collaborate with others in marketing in utilizing the website as a strategic demand generation tool, driving conversion from visitors to leads.
- Create and own a lead nurturing strategy and develop the specific programs to nurture and qualify the existing internal prospect database. Own the marketing automation system and the marketing database, and build/maintain the internal house list.
- Define and report on the lead to close process, and conduct rigorous measurement of sales and marketing programs at both a macro and micro level. Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps. Design and create CRM reports and Excel models to monitor the lead flow and results between marketing and sales.
- Manage internal and external resources to accomplish the responsibilities outlined above. Manage to budget.
Required skills:
- 6+ years experience in marketing for B2B internet services or product companies preferably with Security, eCommerce, advertising or marketing service providers for small to medium internet businesses.
- Proven success in creating demand for similar products.
- Strategic thinking, solid business judgment, positioning/ marketing savvy, and excellent presentation skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including copy writing, writing for email, editorial and proofreading abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to run multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in marketing to VP Marketing, eCommerce, SMB CEO, IT and other website development roles is desired for this position.
- Familiarity with CRM applications: Salesforce.com and Market 2 Leads desirable.
- College degree, preferably with an MBA.

TRUSTe is seeking a talented, experienced Java Developer to join its growing engineering team. The Java developer will be focused primarily on developing core business logic with a heavy emphasis on data analysis, reporting and manipulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Web Developer to design and build data feeds and services for segment specific TRUSTe Customer Portals (eg SMB and Enterprise customer portals)
- Build reporting framework for internal and external customers
- Work closely with architect to design and build data analytics framework
- Build key 3rd party integration web services and APIs to integrate channel partners such as resellers and affiliates.

Personal Attributes:
- Experience of working in a start-up environment preferred

- Own front end design and visual execution

- Build online customer portal framework to enable customer segment specific experiences (eg enterprise, SMB, partner)

- Experience of developing innovative ecommerce solutions (storefronts, portals, customer engagement)
- Experience developing and implementing open source software projects
- HTML (hand coded), CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON in JavaScript
Desired Skills:
- Experience of Agile development methodologies such as Scrum
- Experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL or PostGRES and a good working knowledge of SQL
